President’s Appeal December 2017

Following an appeal by the President, toys, bedding, toiletries and other items were collected from our members and given to a local women’s refuge in time for Christmas.  Thank you for your generosity.

Waddesdon Manor 2017

Thursday 30th November 2017- day visit to this National Trust property,Christmas Craft Fair and tour of the house. Enjoyed by 9 of our members - it was VERY cold but the house decorations were stunning!

Hagley Group Carol Service 2017

Hagley Group Carol Service was held on Monday 4th December at Hagley Free Church,7.30pm, followed by coffee and mince pies in the church hall. The choir sang very beautifully a variety of Christmas music. Linda Kitto gave the address-a lovely start to the festive season! Over £200 was collected to be shared between Kemp Hospice and Mary Stevens Hospice.

Christmas Party 2017

On Wednesday 13th December 2017, 26 of us braved the snow and ice to enjoy a delicious buffet supper followed by our special secret santa game and the twelve days of Christmas - with actions.
